On December 12th, 2023, the CAB Supervisory Board Brainstorming was held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The objective of the CAB Supervisory Board Brainstorming was to redefine the direction of CAB operations and discuss the redevelopment of the CAB system.

After over 25 years of serving the insurance industry, CAB has successfully achieved its objectives, providing an administration system for timely settlements and reducing reconciliation issues for its members. The initial 55 members during its inception have now grown to 77 companies, comprising both local and international firms. All transactions within the CAB system have contributed to a comprehensive accounting and reporting system for its members. Additionally, the CAB system has consistently maintained an impressive 99.9% annual uptime, demonstrating its unwavering stability and effectiveness.
